Moving

It has been a couple weeks since our last update and for good reason!

We were planning on renting a large truck and moving all our furniture over to our new house last Saturday. When we woke up on Saturday morning we found close to 20 inches of snow on the ground outside and moving was definitely out of the question. We had already moved most of our kitchen items and clothes over to the new place at that point, so we had no food, no silverware, and barely any clothes, and we were semi-stuck in our house! I dug out the car, and (with the help of our trusty snow tires) we went searching for food. Luckily the nearby Dunkin Donuts was open (we still aren't quite sure how or why the employees were there) but Nichole (and the babies) were very thankful for something to eat.

A day later we finally made it over to our new house where Nichole's mom and sister had been helping us clean the place...

Here is our current living room set-up complete with beach chairs, tv trays, and a small space heater.  

It's not actually too bad living here since the landlord left a dining room table and a full bedroom set here for our use.

The kitchen is also about 5 times larger than our last one.

We've gotten probably another 10 inches since the first snowstorm and more is on the way in a couple of days, so we're not sure how we are going to move the rest of our furniture. We're hoping to be able to do it quickly next weekend as long as the weather holds out for us.
